Howmet Engines is a world-class producer of aero engine and industrial gas turbine components, including airfoils, rings, disks and forgings. Howmet Dover Casting is a world-class supplier of complex, investment-cast turbine airfoils and other components for the aircraft engine and industrial gas turbine industries. We are seeking highly motivated and energetic students for the 2026 summer intern program at Howmet Aerospace Dover NJ.
The program consists of 10-14 weeks of structured hands-on training involving plant tours, seminars, networking events, speaker training, and a project selected to add direct value to the business.
At the conclusion of the program, interns will present their projects to plant managers, supervisors, and mentors. An internship at Howmet Aerospace will provide an invaluable experience that you can utilize in any roles, and it's Howmet Aerospace's goal to evaluate our interns for potential entry-level openings.
Anticipated Pay Range: $23-$26 per hour. *Pay rates within this range are determined based on various factors including experience, education, certifications, etc.

Basic Qualifications: - Candidate must be pursuing a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum completion of Sophomore level coursework from an accredited institution.

Preferred Qualifications: - Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Engineering (Materials Science & Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or Ceramic Engineering, IT, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration) from an accredited institution.
