Job Description
We are currently partnered with a reputable real estate development firm seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join their growing team. The firm specializes in real estate development and management, with a diverse portfolio that includes corporate entities and self-storage assets. This is a hands-on position ideal for an accounting professional with strong technical knowledge and leadership capabilities.
Ideal Background:
~5–8 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in real estate or fund accounting
~ Solid understanding of IFRS and GAAP reporting standards
~ Proven experience managing monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
~ Skilled in preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and consolidated financial statements
~ Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills
~ Ability to oversee treasury functions, accounts payable, and internal controls
~ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
