The role of an Accounts Payable is to effectively manage the company's invoices and payments to ensure accurate and timely processing. This role is crucial in maintaining strong relationships with vendors and ensuring the financial stability of the organization. Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices and ensure accurate coding, appropriate approvals, and timely payments
• Finalize and process new and used car transactions
• Assist the cashier with his/her responsibilities
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or issues
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records
• Assist with month-end close activities, including accruals and journal entries
• Assist with annual audits and provide necessary documentation and support
• Communicate and collaborate with other departments to resolve payment-related inquiries
• Stay updated with industry trends and changes in accounts payable regulations

• Prior experience in accounts payable or related field preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of accounts payable best practices and applicable regulations

• Competitive compensation ranging from $31,000 to $52,000 per year
