AP/AR Representative, Sr. Role:

This senior role exists to oversee and manage our client's accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations. This individual handles complex transactions and plays a crucial role in maintaining the organization's financial integrity.

AP/AR Representative, Responsibilities:

• Oversee the generation and distribution of customer invoices and the processing of vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures

• Manage payment schedules, including electronic transfers, check runs, and wire transfers

• Monitor and manage the company accounts

• Enter invoices, reconcile vendor statements, and resolve discrepancies

• Review and approve accounts payable batches for accuracy and completeness

• Establish and maintain relationships with key vendors

• Handle payment and billing issues with customers to resolve discrepancies

• Lead the collection process, including negotiating and creating payment plans for delinquent accounts

• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in AP/AR operations

• Train and mentor junior team members, guiding best practices and procedures
