AP/AR Representative, Sr. Role:
This senior role exists to oversee and manage our client's accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations. This individual handles complex transactions and plays a crucial role in maintaining the organization's financial integrity.
AP/AR Representative, Responsibilities:
Oversee the generation and distribution of customer invoices and the processing of vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures
Manage payment schedules, including electronic transfers, check runs, and wire transfers
Monitor and manage the company accounts
Enter invoices, reconcile vendor statements, and resolve discrepancies
Review and approve accounts payable batches for accuracy and completeness
Establish and maintain relationships with key vendors
Handle payment and billing issues with customers to resolve discrepancies
Lead the collection process, including negotiating and creating payment plans for delinquent accounts
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in AP/AR operations
