Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role growing to full time for an Administrative Assistant located in The Woodlands, TX with work from home flexibility. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling phone etiquette, communication, executive administrative assistance, and utilizing clerical skills on a day-to-day basis. We are seeking someone who is highly organized and detail-oriented.

We are also looking to fill other roles up to a Executive positions.

No science or medical background or experience is needed.

Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Clerical skills
  • Experience in an office setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Attention to detail and accuracy

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Provide excellent customer support to clients.
  • Manage filing systems and maintain organized records of documents.
  • Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Utilize software for document creation, scheduling, and communication.
  • Support the team with appointment scheduling and inquiries.
  • Operate phone systems effectively to manage incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Perform clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and preparing correspondence.

Experience

  • Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with dental office procedures is a plus but not required.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of organization.
