Mandatory Finance domain experience, Advanced degree PhD/Masters in English, communications, HCI, journalism, a writing-intensive humanities discipline, Understanding of JSON & HTML Technical writing or prompt writing experience Ability to create, compile, and organize technical prompts for internal and external use. Review, revise, modify, or edit prompts prepared by others. Ability to do repetitive tasks Familiarity with enterprise data
DesiredExcellent writing and editing skills for a broad range of audiences Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills; ability to find the right balance between process and flexibility. interest in software, machine learning, data and finance Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment Self-driven with ability to work independently Experience working with user research, data, and customer feedback; ability to synthesize these into specific content choices as well as a broader content strategy
