• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicate directly with the Recon Service Manager so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
• Diagnose the cause of vehicle malfunctions, and recommend appropriate repairs
• Perform all work as described on repair order with efficiency and accuracy
• Communicate with Recon Service Manager regarding additional repairs and timeliness of repairs
• Communicate with the Recon Parts Department to obtain needed parts
• Complete manufacturer and dealership training

• Strong teamwork skills
• Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
• Must have clean & valid driver's license
• Must maintain a clean and presentable workplace
• Ability to be on feet for long periods of time and safely lift heavy objects
• Hands-on experience working with vehicles
• Must have own tools (we provide workstations to hold the tools)
