Pay Range: $45-$49/hr on W2 (no C2C)

Job Overview:

This position supports data analytics and report development for the ECRL Access Management and Controls team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power BI, with a preferred familiarity in Tableau. The role involves building and analyzing reports, identifying key insights, and effectively communicating findings to stakeholders. Candidates should possess technical proficiency, analytical thinking, and an understanding of Access Management principles (preferred).

Responsibilities:

• Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Analytics.
• Contribute to large-scale planning related to Analytics deliverables.
• Review and analyze moderately complex Analytics challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Collaborate with client personnel in Analytics to meet deliverables.
• Build and analyze reports using data from multiple sources, including Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Develop monthly and targeted reports based on project needs, such as system sunsetting or new certifications.
• Present findings to leadership and stakeholders, including executive-level presentations.
• Support ad hoc reporting needs and provide backup for team members as required.
  

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting, training, military experience, or education.
• 5+ years of experience working with SQL.
• Advanced Excel skills, including VLookups and Pivot Tables (Power M or Macros beneficial).
• Proficiency in Power BI and Tableau (ThoughtSpot experience is a plus).
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to organize and present findings to leadership.
• Experience in Access Management, Controls, or Audit is highly preferred.
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights, not just generate reports.
• Stable history of full-time employment assignments is preferred.

Pay Range: $45 - $49

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
