Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an assembly-related role using hand and/or power tools
(Experience in automotive repair, construction, carpentry, or similar fields will be considered)
• Must be willing to work overtime and weekends
Responsibilities:
• Assemble panelboards and/or switchboards based on electrical drawings and work instructions using hand and power tools
• Perform wiring assembly using tools such as wire strippers and pliers
• Inspect and test finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and codes
• Maintain expected job progress and report issues or part shortages
• Receive and organize materials; prepare finished products for shipment
• Recommend improvements related to quality, safety, and efficiency as part of Lean Initiatives
• Maintain work area, tools, and equipment according to 5S standards
• Cross-train and support other functions as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
