Our online store, Coma Inducer (Internet Retailer - ComaInducer.com) is seeking a Warehouse Assistant Manager - Team Lead for our pick, pack and ship operation at our Madison, TN location. ComaInducer.com is an e-commerce bedding store, specializing in insanely soft comforters at affordable pricing. Our brand is experiencing high growth and our customers can't wait to go into a sleep coma! We need a reliable lead for our warehouse shipments. Online retail is fun, especially when you sell a product called the Coma Inducer. No boring plumbing parts here!

About the Position: As the Coma Inducer Orders Lead (Assistant Manager) you'll take on all facets of the pick, pack and ship process. If it ships, you'll be at the core of it. Getting orders shipped on time and in the most cost effective manner are your main responsibilities. In addition to shipping orders you will also work with the team to: Pick Orders, Pack Orders, Receive Shipments, Organize Incoming inventory and complete General Warehouse projects and duties. Past experience not required, however if you have past warehouse experience, Cherry Picker or Forklift experience that's relevant let us know.

About Hours:

Guaranteed 40 hours per week - Full Time (M-F 8am to 4:30pm)

Guaranteed 10-20 hours of overtime per week in July, August and December

About Benefits:

Starting Wage: $21 - $24 per hour (With bonuses and overtime you'll earn $60K+ annually)
