Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and AutoCAD / Revit-3D Modeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality facility and equipment layout drawings, and 3D equipment models in Revit, ensuring they meet project specifications and deadlines. Must be US Citizen.

Key Responsibilities:

Create detailed equipment layout plans and 3D models of equipment primarily using AutoCAD, Revit, and other Autodesk products.

Support Revit family development through creation, modification, and maintenance of custom and out of the box assets.

Interpret shop drawings from other trades, photos, and manufacturers provided data to produce equipment models accurately.

Collaborate closely with project managers and project engineers to understand project requirements and specifications throughout the project lifecycle.

Ensure all work adheres to manufacturer specifications, engineering designs, guidelines, and company procedures.

Review and revise layouts and models based on feedback from stakeholders.

Work efficiently within project timelines and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced commercial environment.

Qualifications:

Education in design, architecture, or a related field with coursework in modeling or computer-aided design (CAD), or relevant drafting experience.

Proficient in reading architectural, structural & MEP drawings.

Experience with Revit and AutoCAD.

Experience with Inventor and/or Navisworks is a plus, though not required.

Must be familiar with Family template types, parametric modelling, and creating complex families from scratch.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to adapt and respond to changing project needs.

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Ability to maintain focus on tasks for extended periods.

Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Strong work ethic and organizational skills.
