Location: Greenfield, IN

Shift: 2nd Shift (Monday – Thursday, 10-hour days)

Salary: $28.65 - $42.98/ Hourly

Job Type: Permanent

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Technician III to join our dynamic team in Greenfield, IN . As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for delivering on-wing and off-wing engine maintenance and repair support to business aviation customers. This role will also involve occasional travel to our repair station shop in Indianapolis, IN , with domestic and international travel up to 20%.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform on-wing and off-wing engine maintenance, including engine changes
• Ensure compliance with work scope instructions
• Obtain and maintain repair station inspection approvals
• Interact with customers and provide technical support
• Troubleshoot and identify defects in engine components or parts
• Use engine data materials such as AMM, EMM, IPC
• Apply Service Bulletins, FAA Advisory Directives, and Technical Variances

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED with 3+ years of aircraft maintenance, repair, and/or overhaul experience
• FAA Airframe & Power Plant License
• Ability to pass FAA/DOT pre-employment background checks and drug screen
• U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Residency

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Rolls-Royce Gas turbine engines
• Customer relations experience
• Previous FAR145 repair station experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
