Job Description

Tricorp Group is seeking an experienced bid coordinator / office administrator. Bid coordinator will work with the Estimating department and other office administrators. Responsibilities for this position and required skills include:

Bid Coordinator Tasks include:

  • Assemble and publish bid packages
  • Perform outreach to subcontractors to generator interest in bidding
  • Field phone calls and emails during the bidding process
  • Receive and print emailed bids
  • Order plans for estimating team and project teams
  • Assist Contracts Manager with processing of subcontracts, insurance, and the completion of various office administrative tasks
