Bilingual Labor Relations Specialist/assistant
Location: Prince George’s County, MD – with 2–3 days also including local site visits
Salary: $25–$30/hr + performance-based bonus
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
About the Role:
Our company is seeking a motivated Bilingual Labor Relations Specialist/assistant to support representatives and assist employees in ensuring fair working conditions. This role is primarily office-based but includes 2–3 days per week of employee check-ins and site visits throughout Baltimore County and the DMV area. Candidates must be located within Baltimore County and the surrounding area.
