Job Description

Stinger is seeking a Brand Communications Specialist to craft and deliver compelling brand messaging across all marketing channels. This role is responsible for creating engaging content that reinforces Stinger’s identity and voice. The ideal candidate is a skilled writer with a passion for storytelling and a sharp eye for brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and evolution of all Stinger brands
  • Strategically create product features, brand positioning, narrative, and storytelling
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to translate technical product information into clear, compelling marketing messaging
  • Conduct research on target audiences, products, and competitors to inform content creation.
  • Write, edit, and proofread copy & scripts for marketing campaigns, including digital ads, email, web, and social media
  • Partner with product, digital, and performance marketing teams to ensure brand consistency in all executions
  • Maintain current understanding of industry standards, trends, and best practices through industry and other professional networks
  • Travel to industry shows as needed to collect feedback and data
  • Build relationships with media outlets, craft press releases and other media materials Provide messaging support for executive communications, internal announcements, and employee engagement

Require Education and Experience:

  • 5+ years copywriting experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • Product experience with car audio systems, automotive and/or consumer electronics is preferred
  • Strong command of grammar, punctuation, and style
  • Ability to create unique and engaging content
  • Working knowledge of the automotive electronics industry preferred
