Business Analyst

Shift 1- 8am - 5pm

Educational Requirement:

• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help create pricing guidelines for Food Service on Premise (FSOP) to support sales teams in understanding profit strategies.
• Collect and analyse data from internal systems to find solutions and improve performance.
• Support the FSOP Planning and Performance Manager with reports, analysis, and day-to-day team needs.
• Work with FSOP and sales teams to create plans that support profitable business growth.
• Provide forecasts and performance insights, identifying potential challenges or gaps.
• Ensure all system data and master data mapping is up-to-date and correct, fixing any issues as they arise.
• Regularly review and suggest improvements to FSOP reports and communicate updates.
• Help check and confirm that new reporting systems meet requirements and data is accurate.

Position Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in analytics, data mining, deep-diving analysis, or project management.
• Understanding data systems, their functions, and how they connect to analyse data effectively.
• Familiar with statistical tools, models, or computer programs used for data analysis.
• Can think creatively to solve problems.
• Able to present data clearly to support business decisions.
• Comfortable working with large amounts of data to find errors or patterns.
• Detail-focused with strong math and analytical skills.
• Works well with others and helps improve processes.
• Strong communication skills – both written and spoken.
• Proactive and organized with good follow-through.
