Job Description:
The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in representing the business and field operations during the enterprise asset management software upgrade project. This individual will collaborate with field operations and business units to gather requirements and understand how the field is using workforce management products and systems. They will analyze data to assess system performance and field usage, providing insights and recommendations for improvements. Additionally, the Business Analyst will work with project managers and IT teams to ensure the upgrade aligns with business needs and field requirements, facilitate clear communication between stakeholders, and provide training and support to field staff on new system functionalities. They will also develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, system usage, and project progress. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field, 10+ years of experience in business analysis, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with IBM Maximo or similar asset management systems. This role requires a proactive, adaptable, and customer-focused individual who can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. This individual will be expected to travel to New Orleans once a month. This position has a pay range depending on experience but starts at $55/hr.
