Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Business Analyst or Implementation Consultant with hands-on experience in Procore software to lead and support its implementation and long-term success across our organization. This role is critical in bridging the gap between construction operations and technology, ensuring seamless software adoption, user training, and ongoing system optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of Procore software across multiple construction projects and departments.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Procore configuration, integration, and support.
• Work closely with project managers, superintendents, and IT teams to gather requirements and customize Procore modules accordingly.
• Provide end-user training and documentation , ensuring adoption and effective use of Procore tools.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot user-reported issues, and coordinate with Procore support when necessary.
• Analyze business workflows and identify opportunities for improvement using Procore features and third-party integrations.
• Support ongoing administration and maintenance of Procore, including user access, project templates, and reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the software aligns with operational goals and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience with Procore implementation or administration (certification a plus).
• Strong understanding of construction workflows , including RFIs, submittals, drawings, and field communication.
• Experience as a Business Analyst, Implementation Consultant , Project Coordinator, or related role in a construction/contracting environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, cloud-based software, and mobile technology used on construction sites.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Procore Certification(s)
• Background in general contracting or construction project management
• Experience with systems like Viewpoint, Sage 300 CRE, or Buildertrend
