We are seeking a Business Coach to provide direct coaching to clients and their families at Newcap. In this role, you will guide individuals in business planning, market analysis, and financial management to help them build sustainable businesses and improve their economic well-being.

What You’ll Do

• Support families and entrepreneurs in all aspects of business planning, including market analysis, SWOT assessments, and customer segmentation.
• Develop and lead workshops tailored to client goals and aspirations.
• Advise clients on establishing and maintaining financial and business records in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Evaluate business proposals alongside clients' financial and business status to assess feasibility and provide guidance.

What You Bring

Required

• Associate degree in Business, Human Services, or a related field.
• Experience working with entrepreneurs in a chamber of commerce, business development, or similar environment.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong ability to evaluate business proposals and provide appropriate advice.
• Ability to make independent decisions based on funder and agency requirements.

Preferred

• Experience supporting small businesses (less than 20 employees).
• Background in strategic planning and long-term business development.
• Bilingual (English-Spanish) skills.
