Job Description

Nexeo is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Coach to help franchise owners grow and succeed. In this role, you’ll provide hands-on operational coaching, drive job growth and revenue, and share best practices to expand market share. If you have experience running a small business and a passion for mentorship, this is your chance to make a real impact.

This position is based in Logan, UT or Ann Arbor, MI, though remote candidates may be considered. Travel up to 20% is required for franchise training and company events.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and group coaching to franchise owners via phone, webinars, and text. 

• Develop and share best practices to boost job counts and market share. 

• Maintain consistent communication with franchisees to keep them engaged and growing. 

• Guide franchise owners in local marketing strategies and collaborate with corporate marketing to support brand-wide initiatives. 

• Monitor financial performance, staffing, and operations to identify areas for improvement. 

• Use CRM tools to track progress and optimize coaching effectiveness. 

• Support franchise compliance and ensure financial obligations are met. 

• Build strong relationships with franchise owners, providing motivation and business insights. 

• Assist in developing training materials for annual events and business support.

• Respond to franchise inquiries promptly and effectively.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field. 

• 2-4 years of experience in business coaching, consulting, or a similar role. 

• Previous small business ownership experience (preferred). 

• Strong understanding of business management and marketing principles. 

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. 

• Strong presentation, leadership, and organizational abilities. 

• Ability to collaborate with franchisees and corporate teams. 

• Proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools. 

• Skilled in providing constructive feedback and driving business improvements.

Pay

$70K - $85K Per Year

Schedule

Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm
