🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Prospect new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and referrals
  • Book and lead discovery conversations to understand client hiring needs
  • Qualify prospects and pass leads to our experienced consultants
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using our CRM and sales playbook
  • Support marketing and outreach campaigns to drive brand visibility
  • Collaborate with colleagues across our global offices to share insights and best practices
