  • Provide thought leadership across Paid Media (Search, Display, Social), SEO, Influencer Marketing, and Organic Social strategies.
  • Translate client business objectives into innovative and actionable performance marketing strategies
  • Lead quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions with clients, demonstrating ongoing value and performance.

Consultative Expertise:

  • Act as a high-level consultant to clients, identifying growth opportunities and areas for innovation across the performance marketing ecosystem.
  • Diagnose marketing challenges and opportunities, delivering data-driven, integrated recommendations.
  • Guide clients through digital transformation initiatives, including MarTech, audience strategy, media planning, and content optimization.

Account Management & Client Delivery & Satisfaction:

  • Oversee the successful delivery of campaigns and programs in collaboration with internal channel specialists and execution teams.
  • Maintain accountability for overall client satisfaction, business performance, and account growth.
  • Ensure campaigns are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Monitor performance and proactively identify optimization opportunities.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing cross-functional team, ensuring excellence in service delivery and strategic thinking.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across Performance Marketing, Paid Search, SEO, Paid Social, Content, Influencer, Data & Analytics, and Creative.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive team culture with a focus on innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.

Growth & Innovation:

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand client engagements.
  • Support new business development efforts when required, including proposal development and pitch presentations.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, ensuring clients are leveraging cutting-edge solutions.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5 - 8 + years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a performance marketing agency or consulting environment.

  • Proven track record in leading large-scale, integrated marketing programs across Performance Marketing, Paid Media, SEO, Social, and Influencer channels.

  • Strong strategic and analytical mindset with experience advising senior-level clients on complex marketing challenges.

  • Exceptional account management skills with a history of growing and retaining high-value client relationships.

  • Adept at balancing strategic thinking with hands-on problem-solving and executional oversight.

  • Experience working with cross-functional internal teams and external vendors or partners.

  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of media, measurement, and ROI modeling.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas.

What Success Looks Like:

  • You are seen by clients as a trusted partner and strategic advisor.

  • You drive measurable results through high-impact marketing programs.

  • You foster a high-performing, collaborative team environment.

  • You identify and convert growth opportunities into tangible business value.

  • You lead with curiosity, integrity, and a passion for innovation.
