Business Intelligence Developer & Integration Specialist

About the Role

In this hybrid BI and Integration position, you’ll design and deliver business intelligence solutions while also playing a key role in integrating data across various systems. You’ll manage everything from report creation and dashboards to ETL pipelines and SQL Server administration — helping to turn complex data into actionable business insight.

You’ll collaborate with end users and stakeholders across the organization, ensuring their requirements are translated into robust, easy-to-use reporting tools. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and driving meaningful impact with data.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain BI tools, dashboards, reports, and visualizations that bring business performance to life
• Work closely with end users to gather reporting needs and turn them into technical solutions
• Lead data integration efforts — consolidating information from multiple systems with accuracy and consistency
• Design and manage ETL processes, data pipelines, and models to support BI initiatives
• Optimize system performance and troubleshoot BI and integration-related issues
• Administer SQL Server databases (setup, tuning, maintenance)
• Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and reporting functions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, business units, and operations teams
• Stay up-to-date on BI best practices, trends, and tools
• Support and train users on BI systems, helping them maximize self-service reporting

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in BI, data integration, or SQL Server database management
• Strong technical knowledge in tools like Microsoft Power BI , SSIS , SQL Server , and other BI platforms
• Solid understanding of data modeling and query optimization in relational databases
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills — you’ll need to speak confidently with stakeholders and understand business goals
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with Azure cloud-based BI tools
• Familiarity with global data formatting and internationalization practices
