Business Development Trainee – Miami, FL

We are looking for a driven and ambitious Business Development Trainee to join our team in Miami. This role offers recent graduates a hands-on opportunity to learn the inner workings of a growing business while gaining real experience across Sales, Operations, Leadership, and Administration. You'll work directly alongside department heads, contribute to key initiatives, and build the foundation to lead your business unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Gain firsthand exposure across core areas of the business—including Sales, Operations, Business Administration, and Leadership
• Learn how to identify opportunities, manage client relationships, and contribute to business growth through effective sales strategies
