What You'll Be Doing:

Accurately document interactions and updates in call logs.

Monitor trends and potential risks, alerting management when necessary.

Adapt quickly between tasks and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

Perform other administrative and support duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

Customer Service Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role.

Call Center Background: At least 1 year of experience working in a call center environment.

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computers, the internet, and email (Outlook).

Data Entry Skills: Strong attention to detail when entering and processing information.

Communication Skills: Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication abilities.

Software Experience: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).

Remote Work Readiness: Reliable internet connection and a quiet, private workspace.
