Channel Enablement Representative

As a Channel Enablement Representative, you will play a crucial role in lead navigation and concierge work. As a Lead Navigator your goal is to help partner sales teams by improving efficiency and increasing their time spent selling and closing deals. As Concierge, you will consult partners on marketing activities available to them through a digital marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Oversee training for sales teams on best practices.
• Handle administrative tasks to ensure proper lead delivery and timely feedback on lead progression.
• Collaborate with internal team members to deliver campaign success and client/partner satisfaction.
• Relationship building with client stakeholders, engaging with both Partners and Clients in a 1:1 virtual environment with the possibility of F2F meetings.
• Act as the administrator for the Marketplace website and assist with MDF (Marketplace Development Funds) allocation and administration.

The Candidate:

• 2+ years of demonstrated experience as SDR, channel marketing, and/or customer service.
• Highly motivated individual, proactive, organized and detailed-oriented.
• Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Seibel and SFDC CRM knowledge is a plus.
• Customer service focus and sharp administrative skills – prior experience in these areas is a plus.
• Can demonstrate careful and competent business writing and communication skills.
• Professional, polished and ready to work in a client-facing role.
