Position Title : Client Relations Coordinator
Work Hours : 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Job Type : Full-time, Direct Hire, In-Office
Responsibilities :
* Welcome clients at the front desk, guide them to the settlement room, and address any questions from clients or visitors.
* Answer incoming calls, identify relevant transactions, and route calls to the appropriate team member.
* Assist the Settlement Attorney during closings, ensuring the timely exchange of necessary documents and funds to finalize the transaction.
* After closing, follow up with the client's agent by emailing the final settlement statement and informing all involved parties that the closing is complete.
* Collect and deposit Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) checks dropped off for upcoming closings.
* Oversee office supplies and handle the ordering of any necessary materials.
Qualifications :
* Previous experience in an administrative support role.
* Strong communication skills, with a focus on proper grammar and clarity.
* Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable attitude.
* Competence in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
