Client Service Advisor – Commercial Lines Insurance

East Syracuse, NY | Full-Time | Monday – Friday | Hybrid Eligible

Salary: $55,000 – $95,000+ per year (based on experience)

We’re hiring a Client Service Advisor who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about delivering high-quality service to commercial insurance clients. In this key client-facing role, you’ll partner with internal teams to support account retention, manage policy needs, and ensure timely, accurate client solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as a trusted client contact for day-to-day insurance service matters
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Claims teams to support retention and growth
• Handle policy changes, certificates, renewals, and client communications
• Assist with compliance reviews, carrier relations, and service improvements
• Support escalations and occasionally travel to client sites

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Commercial Insurance (Required)
• Active New York State Property & Casualty License (Preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented, responsive, and highly organized
• Proficient in policy service, client interaction, and carrier coordination
• Must have a valid New York State Driver’s License
