Job Description

Clinic Director

LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Clinic Director for our healthcare client located in Sacramento. This position will be 100% onsite near the midtown area and will be full-time, Monday-Friday, and a contract-to-hire opportunity.

This position will oversee all aspects of our client's clinic environment, including overseeing providers and staff, ensuring regulations and compliances are followed, and maintaining operational budgets. This will be a high-volume clinic and interested candidates must feel comfortable working within a fast-paced, clinic environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required, Master's in Healthcare Administration or similar field strongly desired
  • Minimum 5 years experience managing a clinic environment
  • Must be proficient within Microsoft Office - especially Excel - as well as EMR Systems

Skills

  • Proven leadership ability and able to work well with a wide array of individuals
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Able to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment overseeing others performance management and clinic operations
  • Understanding of contract rules and regulations and able to implement changes as needed
  • Able to handle fiscal operations in an efficient and revenue generating manner
