Cold Header Machine Setup Operator

Location: On-site | 🕒 Schedule: Monday – Friday, Day Shift

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00/hour (Based on Experience)

We're hiring a Cold Header Machine Setup Operator to play a key role in our production team. What You'll Be Doing:

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot cold heading machines (progressive & multi-blow)
• Fabricate, maintain, and repair tools, dies, and fixtures used in cold heading
• Read blueprints and use precision measuring tools to ensure product accuracy
• Perform quality checks and document measurements
• Follow job instructions, safety protocols, and quality standards
• Work independently with a strong sense of initiative

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of hands-on cold header setup & operation experience
• Experience with National and Waterbury headers preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and use micrometers, calipers, etc.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fastener industry experience a big plus
• Physical ability to stand and move throughout a full shift
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and leadership mindset
