Commercial Electrical Estimator - Lititz, PA

We're partnering with a leading provider of plumbing, electrical, heating, and air conditioning services, to find a talented Commercial Electrical Estimator to join their team in Lititz, PA.
In this role, you'll play a key part in estimating costs and preparing bids for commercial electrical construction projects. Responsibilities:
Estimate costs for MEP systems on commercial new construction and renovation projects.
Prepare cost-effective conceptual designs on design/build projects that meet client expectations.
Create sketches of designs to be drafted by CAD operators.
Prepare written proposals and effectively communicate the proposal and scope of work to the customer.
Negotiate with clients and ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines.
Meet with project stakeholders, including owners, general contractors, and architects.
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve individual and company-wide goals.
Work with other estimators to share resources and coordinate efforts.
Qualifications:
3-10 years of experience in the electrical trade, with a focus on commercial estimating.
Experience in understanding project blueprints, design drawings, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time/cost/equipment/labor/material estimates for projects and services.
Valid driver's license.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
Experience with Bluebeam, Trimble Estimation, and other relevant software is a plus.
Knowledge of general construction practices.
Knowledge of the National Electric Code and NFPA 70E.
