As the Commercial Landscape Maintenance Operations Manager at Sun Country Landscape, you will oversee and optimize operations across the Maintenance and Tree/Install divisions. You will lead estimating, project management, client relationship management, and business development initiatives. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, profitability, and client satisfaction.

ABOUT YOU

You're a proactive leader with a deep knowledge of landscape operations and project management. Your strategic approach helps streamline processes, increase efficiency, and enhance profitability. With at least 7 years of experience in operations management, you have a passion for fostering client relationships, driving business development, and achieving excellence. Your leadership skills shine as you motivate teams and ensure a high standard of service across all projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the estimation process, developing competitive bids and proposals for new projects.
• Manage project schedules, resource allocation, and site visits to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, focusing on business growth and repeat business.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to develop strategic initiatives and marketing plans to enhance company visibility.
• Mentor and lead team members, conducting regular performance reviews and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Oversee financial management of projects, working with the finance department to ensure budgets are met and profitability is maximized.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards across all operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management within landscaping or related industries.
• Strong background in project management, estimating, and business development.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships and network within the community.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (Experience with Aspire preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
