Must live within a drivable distance of Juno Beach, FL for this onsite, 6-month contract.

This role will play a key part in shaping and executing our brand identity across multiple channels, with a primary focus on website strategy and creative direction.

In this role you will collaborate with internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams and web developers to build company websites that provide a competitive edge and meet compliance requirements. The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist and executor with strong brand, digital and B2B marketing experience within the insurance industry. You’ll be expected to think creatively, offer practical solutions and deliver quality work. This position reports to the Director of Enterprise Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Website Strategy & Execution:
• Oversee the planning, content direction, and creative execution for new websites under the specialty insurance business. This includes UX guidance, copy strategy and brand integration.
• Content & Creative Oversight:
• Develop briefs and manage the production of marketing assets, including digital content, collateral, landing pages, and thought leadership materials.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Work closely with leadership and subject matter experts to ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals.
• Project Management:
• Drive projects from concept through execution, keeping deliverables on time and within scope.

Qualifications:

• 4–7 years of experience in marketing
• Strong understanding of insurance industry marketing best practices and requirements, and B2B website strategy
• Demonstrated experience managing website launches/rebrands
• Experience working with or in the insurance sector required, within the specialty insurance industry a plus
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, contract-based role
