Job Description

MAU is hiring a Concrete Superintendent for Landmark Construction in Charleston, SC. As a Concrete Superintendent, you will lead and oversee all field aspects of various concrete construction projects, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to project schedules. This is a direct-hire opportunity.

Shift Information:

• Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Required Experience:

• Previous experience as a Concrete Superintendent or in a similar leadership role.

General Requirements:

• Ability to effectively manage and coordinate multiple crews
• Capable of working independently under tight deadlines without compromising quality
• Ability to interact professionally with customers, office staff, and crew members
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities to address project challenges efficiently
• Must be able to bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods as required by the job

Essential Functions:

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee crews, ensuring a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity
• Manage budgets and timelines while tracking daily labor and material costs
• Interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans to determine construction requirements and procedures
• Oversee subcontractors and labor resources to ensure project efficiency
• Provide regular updates and communicate project impacts to the Project Manager
