Job Description

The Job Site Construction Administrator will provide administrative support at the job site, assisting project teams with documentation, coordination, and communication. This is an entry-level role, and training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily job site administrative tasks and project documentation.
  • Maintain and organize project files, logs, and reports.
  • Enter and track data using basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Support job site team with timesheets, purchase orders, delivery tickets, and safety documentation.
  • Help coordinate subcontractor paperwork and compliance documents.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and preparing sign-in sheets, agendas, and meeting minutes.
  • Communicate effectively with the project team, office staff, and field personnel.
  • Ensure job site supplies, forms, and equipment are stocked and available.
  • Other duties as assigned to support the success of the project team.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (some college or training in construction administration is a plus).
  • Basic computer skills required (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced construction environment.
  • Detail-oriented with good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the construction industry.
