Your new role

• Oversee 5-8 projects at a time
• Project size ranges between $250K - $3M
• 75% projects are local, 25% of the work are out of town
• Manage project scheduling, buyouts and change orders
• Lead cross-functional teams to success
• Ensure smooth communication between stakeholders
• Manage risks and ensure project success
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong understanding of complex mechanical and electrical systems
• Proficiency in scheduling, budgeting, and estimating change orders.
• Ability to travel 1–2 times per month, typically for one night at a time.
• Capability to handle multiple projects at a time
• Proven experience with base building projects is preferred
• Mechanical, Electrical or HVAC background is preferred.
