Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000

Start Date: July 14th

Location: Houston (within a 50-mile radius of Bush International Airport), temporary space in Spring

Schedule: Hybrid (3 days per week on-site), 9-4pm

Perks: After 6 months, one Friday off per month

Interview: 2 rounds, 30 minutes each (Wed/Thu/Fri afternoons)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for high-value projects. This role involves managing scheduling, budgeting, resource management, logistics, and primary client communication for mid to high complexity projects utilizing Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB) and conventional steel framing systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Devise project strategies aligned with organizational goals and client expectations.
• Identify and address potential risks, challenges, and opportunities.
• Lead and direct project teams to ensure compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.
• Oversee day-to-day project operations, including resource allocation and progress tracking.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
• Manage project budgets, track costs, and ensure budget compliance.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Travel approximately 25% of the time (US and internationally).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Construction Project Management.
• Proven experience in managing PEMB projects is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM, Excel, and project management software.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
