My client, a reputable Commercial General Contractor based in Cincinnati , is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join their growing team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee day-to-day site operations on commercial ground-up and renovation projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Enforce safety standards, quality control, and project schedules
• Conduct site meetings, progress reporting, and problem resolution
• Work closely with Project Managers to deliver successful project completion

What We’re Looking For

5+ years’ experience as a Superintendent with a Commercial General Contractor

Proven experience on ground-up, commercial, or multifamily projects

Strong leadership, communication, and site management skills

Ability to read plans, enforce schedules, and maintain safety compliance

Willingness to travel locally if required

What’s On Offer

Salary: $100,000 – $125,000+ (DOE)
