CONTENT MANAGER

We are SynergyLabs, a rapidly growing pet product manufacturer, and we are looking for a  CONTENT MANAGER  to join our Marketing Team .  The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that enhance the presence of our brands and engage our audience. The pet care industry has exploded with more than 70% of US households owning a pet. The increase in pet ownership coupled with a need for high-quality products, has SynergyLabs well-positioned for whatever the future holds.

Our best-selling brands can be found on store shelves from Walmart, Target, and Tractor Supply to Amazon, Chewy.com and many others. We are focused on nailing the omnichannel experience by meeting consumers where they are – driving to retail or supporting our ecommerce partners. We manufacture our best-in-class grooming products, supplements, dental hygiene, shed control and much more and our owned state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in North Carolina.

This is an on-site position working at our Corporate office in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement content strategies across various platforms & channels (website, blog, social media, email, marketplaces etc.)
• Create engaging and informative content that resonates with pet owners and promotes our products
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall marketing goals
• Manage and update content calendars to ensure timely delivery of content
• Monitor and analyze content performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our content

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Content Manager or similar role
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the pet care industry
• Familiarity with graphic design and multimedia content creation
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
• Passion for pets and a deep understanding of pet owners' needs and interests
