Responsibilities

• Item Master Data Management:
• Create, maintain, and govern the Coupa Item Master data.
• Define and manage categories, units of measure, and supplier information.
• Ensure alignment with procurement and finance systems for data consistency.
• Maintain data integrity and consistency through rigorous validation and governance practices.
• Invoice Upload & Templates:
• Configure and maintain Coupa invoice upload templates.
• Facilitate bulk invoice uploads and troubleshoot integration issues with external finance systems.
• Collaborate with the AP team to optimize invoice processing.
• Entity Expansion & Rollouts:
• Extend existing Coupa configurations to new business entities or geographies.
• Customize configurations based on local and regional compliance requirements.
• Support onboarding, testing, and go-live for new entity rollouts.
• Workflow Approvals:
• Design and implement custom approval workflows for requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure workflows reflect business policies.
• Monitor and resolve approval routing issues.
• Mobile Enablement:
• Configure Coupa’s mobile platform features to enable on-the-go requisitioning and approvals.
• Ensure mobile workflows align with desktop functionalities.
• Provide support and training for mobile adoption.
• Punchout Catalog Management:
• Configure and maintain supplier punchout catalogs within Coupa.
• Work with suppliers and procurement teams to implement new punchout integrations.
• Troubleshoot punchout issues and ensure a seamless user experience.
• Monitor catalog performance, availability, and updates.

Required Skills:

• 3–6 years of experience as a Coupa Functional Consultant or similar role.
• Proven experience in:
• Creating and managing item masters.
• Designing invoice templates and upload functionality.
• Workflow configuration and approval hierarchies.
• Enabling mobile functionalities in Coupa.
• Managing and implementing punchout catalogs.
• Multi-entity Coupa implementation/rollout Create, maintain, and govern the Coupa Item Master data.
• Define and manage categories, units of measure, and supplier information.
• Ensure alignment with procurement and finance systems for data consistency.
• Functional Knowledge:
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.

Familiarity with Coupa’s modular functionalities and integration with ERP platforms (e.g., SAP) and HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday)

• Technical Proficiency:
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. Technical Proficiency:
• Experience with Coupa integrations, data migration, and testing tools.
• Exposure to middleware platforms (like Dell Boomi, MuleSoft) is a plus
• Coupa Certification(s) highly preferred
