Role Overview:

As the primary liaison between BrokerCalls and its clients, you'll deliver exceptional client service, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Respond professionally and efficiently to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve client issues quickly and effectively, escalating as needed.
• Provide ongoing support to internal operations and account management teams.
• Document interactions clearly and proactively identify opportunities for client satisfaction improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2+ years customer support, account management, or CSR experience.
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Positive attitude and client-centric mindset.
