Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Customer Service/Order Entry Representative to join their client's team in Pasadena, CA. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing excellent customer service. The role offers competitive pay ranging from $22 to $24 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter customer orders into the system.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Resolve order-related issues and ensure timely follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure order accuracy and fulfillment.
• Maintain records and documentation related to customer orders.
• Ensure all customer interactions align with the company's standards and policies.
• Provide feedback on customer interactions to help improve the overall customer service process.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in order entry and customer service (required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with data entry and basic computer systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required Work Hours

The work schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday.
