We seek a capable and motivated manager to lead our Dairy Queen team at our New Town, North Dakota Ag Retail Center, a top local destination for fill-up, shopping, and food.

Our Dairy Queen Manager trains and supports a stable group of employees, and manages store operations such as ordering products and ensuring quality standards are met. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with supervisory or management experience seeking stable employment with a top North Dakota employer.

About the role:

• Oversee all aspects of Dairy Queen operations.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and a positive dining experience.
• Train and mentor your team to achieve their full potential.
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are always met.
