Work Type: Remote within the U.S., primarily supporting PST hours

Job Description:

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining data to ensure the integrity and accuracy of information. This role plays a critical part in supporting stakeholders across the State by delivering timely and reliable data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and update data in internal systems.
• Identify and correct data discrepancies.
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Perform regular data quality checks and audits.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Generate reports and summaries as needed.
• Provide support for other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
