A highly service oriented, cutting edge oral surgery practice in Mountain View is looking for a surgical assistant for our team. This position would require professionalism, motivation, the ability to effectively multi-task and positive customer service skills. We have a very close team and are looking for energetic and good-natured professionals. Previous dental and oral surgery experience is preferred but not required. Please apply if you are a person that takes ownership with positive energy, has great work ethic, exercises discipline, and shows integrity on a daily basis. Days and hours of position will be discussed. This position would be ideal for someone with extensive customer service experience.
Daily duties would include:
-Assisting, suctioning, and passing surgical instrumentation
-Collecting medical history and consulting patients regarding post operative instructions
-Taking radiographs (CT scans, panos, peri apicals)
-Entering data into an electronic practice management software
-Communicating with referring offices to coordinate appointments
