Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive business growth. Creating content, managing digital campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and continuously optimizing marketing efforts and trends.

Key Responsibilities:

· Content Strategy & Creation: Manage, create and develop high-quality content across multiple industry channels, including websites, landing pages, email marketing, and social media platforms to improve conversion and CRO techniques.

· SEO & Digital Marketing Support: Optimize content for search engine performance and collaborate with marketing teams on keyword strategies, content structure, and campaign alignment to improve online visibility and lead sales generation.

· Campaign Execution & Performance: Plan, schedule, and analyze content marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timing and using performance metrics to refine strategies and targeted industries.

· Track and Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights and third-party partners) and generate regular reports.

· Social media: Oversee the development and execution of social media content, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and target audiences in collaboration with sales and customer service.

· Partner & Third-Party Marketing: Manage content and marketing initiatives with external partners to maximize targeted campaign initiatives.

· Monitor marketing budgets, ensuring resources are efficiently allocated across campaigns.

· Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

· Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.

· Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram.).

· Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to analyze data and prepare strategies to improve marketing efforts.

· Experience with A/B testing, CRO, and website optimization.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Creativity, adaptability, knowledge of Adobe Suite and Canva beneficial

· Graphic Art knowledge a huge plus

· Effective time management skills

· Knowledge in back end coding a HUGE PLUS!

· Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
