As the Director of Product, you'll play a key role in scaling and enhancing our product offering within the moving vertical. This is a great opportunity if you're eager to join a rapidly growing, venture-backed startup and make a meaningful impact on the future of AI in the home services space.
Responsibilities:
Take the lead on refreshing our core product for the moving industry, collaborating with the CEO, CTO, design, and engineering teams to ensure a successful launch.
Work closely with customers to gather feedback and incorporate it into product design and development.
Prioritize engineering and design efforts based on customer insights, making thoughtful tradeoffs when necessary.
Collaborate with the CEO and CTO to define the product roadmap and drive future growth.
Engage with Enterprise customers to understand their workflows, helping integrate the product with their existing systems to enhance customer experience and adoption.
Partner with engineering and customers to design smooth API integrations that support seamless workflow adoption.
Participate in sales and customer success calls, advising prospects and current clients on product capabilities and integrations.
Take line management responsibility for the design team, guiding them to achieve product goals.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in a Product role within a SaaS environment (preferably at a Series B stage).
Experience as a Software Engineer before transitioning into Product Management.
Proven experience as a Product Manager leading a software product through the 0 to 1 stage or overseeing a major product refresh.
Strong background in user research and working with design teams to create user-centric products.
Bonus:
Experience with product strategy is a plus but not required.
Familiarity with AI, data science, or machine learning teams is a bonus.
