Job Description

Established senior living community seeking licensed RN for Director of Wellness.

Director of Wellness Responsibilities

Lead Resident Care Program in accordance with state regulations and compliance guidelines
Provide health assessments for prospective residents to determine appropriateness and level of care
Observe and document changes in condition and communicate changes in care plans to care staff
Coordinate management of care staff with Executive Director

Director of Wellness Requirements

Licensed RN in good standing in State of Minnesota
Passion for senior care and experience working in a senior living environment
Experience in clinical leadership - managing teams of hourly care staff, shift scheduling & oncall
Experience with state compliance audits and maintaining complete documentation for residents
