Job Description

We’re looking for a Part-Time District Marketing Manager to lead local marketing efforts, increase brand visibility, and drive sales growth in our corporate locations. Key Responsibilities

Market Strategy and Campaign Development

• Design and execute marketing plans tailored to each location’s customer base.
• Launch seasonal promotions, local events, and digital campaigns to increase foot traffic and sales.

Community Engagement

• Establish partnerships with local businesses, gyms, schools, and influencers.
• Organize and manage community events such as product samplings, fitness collaborations, and sponsorships.

Social Media and Digital Marketing

• Create engaging content for location-specific social media accounts.
• Run geo-targeted ads and email campaigns to attract and retain customers.

Performance Monitoring

• Analyze sales data and campaign ROI, reporting results monthly.
• Adjust strategies based on customer feedback and performance metrics.

Collaboration

• Work closely with store managers to align marketing initiatives with operational goals.
• Ensure all marketing materials and efforts reflect Palm Berries’ brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail, food & beverage, or hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including social media, email campaigns, and analytics tools.
• Proven ability to build and maintain community partnerships.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing multi-location marketing is a plus.
• Passion for health, wellness, and community-focused initiatives.

Compensation

• Hourly Rate : $30/hour.
• Performance Bonuses : Up to $1,500 per quarter based on achieving KPIs such as sales growth and campaign ROI.
• Travel Reimbursement : Mileage for store visits and event participation.
• Additional Benefits :

• $50 monthly stipend for promotional activities.
• $25/month technology stipend for phone or internet usage.
