Role : Entry Level Recruitment Consultant
Salary - $50,000 - $55,000 + commission (OTE $80-100K year 1)
Location - New York, Mid-Town

· Natural sales ability
· At least 1 year of work experience within retail or sales
· Track record of personal success or competitiveness.
· Confident to work in a sales/target-driven environment.

· Able to demonstrate a natural hunger and drive to succeed.
· Committed to a career in recruitment.
· Comfortable working for a small boutique NYC office.

The Role:
· Hot desk with many recruitment vacancies to work on from day 1.
. Mapping out the market and keeping up to date with the latest trends so you become consultative to clients and candidates.
· Role will include resourcing candidates, vetting, interviewing and building relationships with extremely high-caliber candidates and clients.
· Attending client meetings.
· Taking job briefs.
· Shadowing colleagues and working closely with Account Managers.
· Working closely with Management to make sure you are successful.
